Office Building Cost Segregation

We performed a recent Office Building Cost Segregation study which allowed us to reclassify $179,036 of 5 year costs and $147,699 of 15 year costs into shorter depreciation class lives under our Speciality Tax Services. We were able to reclassify a total of 26% of the project’s basis into these shorter class lives for accelerated depreciation.
