Shopping Plaza- Cost Segregation Study Results
Last week a shopping plaza Cost Segregation study had the following results: we reclassified 18.37% of the project’s cost into 5 year & 10.60% into 15 year property. The project’s overall basis was $2,092,500 and we were able to reclassify $606,074 of the property’s costs into shorter depreciation class lives with our Cost Segregation Services. The client was also able to take advantage of 100% Bonus Depreciation as well for this project.
