Office Building Property Cost Segregation
For a recent office building Cost Segregation study we were able to reclassify $635,442 of the property’s improvement costs into shorter depreciation class lives under our Speciality Tax Services. These elements were reclassified into 5 & 15 year property and also qualified for 100% Bonus Depreciation because the property was a recent acquisition. The first year cash value of this study was $152,506.
