Medical Office- Cost Segregation Results
We have completed a Cost Segregation study for a medical Office Facility that allowed us to reclassify $672,000 of the building’s new construction costs into shorter depreciation class lives under our Speciality Tax Services. This facility contained dedicated medical systems such as: cabinetry, sinks, flooring, communication systems, medical gas, solar, outlets, compressors and lighting. Our dedicated team provided the client with specific detail down too the individual electrical panel circuit breakers.
