Auto Dealership Cost Segregation

We performed a recent Cost Segregation study for an auto dealership client which allowed us to reclassify $849,341 of 5 year costs and $1,130,055 of 15 year costs into shorter depreciation class lives under our Speciality Tax Services. We were able to reclassify a total of 38% of the project’s basis into these shorter class lives for accelerated depreciation.
