Cost Segregation For Retail Shopping Plaza
Another retail shopping plaza Cost Segregation study had these results this week. We reclassified the following basis- 11% into 5 year & 23% into 15 year property. The project’s overall basis was $7,692,500 and we were able to reclassify $2,615,450 of the property’s costs into these shorter depreciation class lives. This property also qualified for 100% Bonus Depreciation due to its recent acquisition earlier this year. This is one of two shopping plaza Cost Segregation studies that we performed for this client that had similar results.
