For an acquisition of a 54,550 sf 3 story Office Building Cost Segregation study we had the following results: we reclassified $1,728,553 of the building’s costs into shorter depreciation class lives for 5, 7 and 15 year property This new acquisition contained qualifying electrical systems, work station utilities, HVAC systems, raised computer room floors, finishes, cabinetry, sinks and communication systems.
