We completed Self Storage Cost Segregation studies for 3 separate regional locations. We were able to reclassify $1,025,363 of the properties basis into shorter depreciation class lives under our Cost Segregation Services. These Self Storage locations contained qualifying site improvements, climate controlled systems, security systems, CCTV, cabinetry, flooring, communication systems, outlets, and lighting.
