RV Campground Park Cost Segregation
For a 122 space RV Campground park Cost Segregation with clubhouse and shower facilities completed this month we were able to reclassify 42% of the project’s basis into 5 year & 15 year accelerated depreciation. We were able to reclassify $637,560 of the property’s cost basis into these shorter depreciation class lives with our Speciality Tax Services. This property has road ways, site utilities, a pool, fencing, landscaping, concrete pads, bath houses and a clubhouse that all qualify.
This RV Park Cost Segregation study was also able to take advantage of 100% Bonus Depreciation as well for this project which made a tremendous difference.
