Mobile Home Park Cost Segregation
On an 84 space Mobile Home Park Cost Segregation completed this month we were able to reclassify 48% of the project’s basis into 5 year & 15 year accelerated depreciation. We were able to reclassify $432,590 of the property’s cost basis into these shorter depreciation class lives with our Speciality Tax Services. This property has roadways, site utilities, landscaping, concrete pads, site lighting and mobile home units that all qualify.
This Mobile Home Park Cost Segregation study was also able to take advantage of 100% Bonus Depreciation as well for this project which made a tremendous difference.
