    Cost Segregation Office Buildings

    We completed two Class A office building Cost Segregations in Orlando, Florida that week. We were able to reclassify over 38% of the property’s $3.86M cost basis for accelerated depreciation. These two properties had interior qualifying wall paneling, decorative lighting, floor finishes, glass observation panels, cabinetry, PTAC ac units and electrical systems. This property also has qualifying exterior parking areas, a water retention areas, site lighting, fencing, drainage, site walls and landscaping. These items all qualified for Cost Segregation accelerated depreciation.

    These office building Cost Segregation studies were also able to take advantage of the 100% Bonus Depreciation incentive as well.
