Mixed Use Building Dental & Apartment Cost Segregation

This week we completed a mixed use building Dental & Apartment Cost Segregation study and were able to reclassified over 39% of the property’s cost basis into shorter depreciation class lives. This project was a historic building Cost Segregation. This mixed use building Cost Segregation study had dedicated dental service sinks, equipment outlets, floor finishes, cabinetry, demising walls, communication systems, vacuum & suction equipment, compressors and lighting.

This project also qualified for 100% Bonus Depreciation as well because it was a recent acquisition earlier this year.
