    RV & Mobile Home Park Cost Segregations 58% qualifying

    This week we completed a RV park Cost Segregation in which we were able to carve out over 58% of the property’s depreciable basis for accelerated depreciation. RV and mobile home park cost segregations work out very well for clients because of the way they are built. Most of the costs are land based improvements such as utilities to the lots, asphalt paving, site decorations, fencing, site walls, sidewalks, drainage, signage, swimming pools, retention areas, irrigation and landscaping. All of these items qualify for Cost Segregation accelerated depreciation.

    Also, if there is clubhouse associated with the property, we can take all of the qualifying interior elements as well for 5 year accelerated depreciation.
