RV Park Cost Segregation Studies
This month we completed two RV Park Cost Segregation studies for a client with properties in Georgia. For these properties we were able to reclassify between 76-79% of the property’s depreciable cost basis for accelerated depreciation. These properties qualified for the 100% Bonus Depreciation incentive as well because they were 2021 acquisitions. These RV Park Cost Segregations generally have these qualifying site elements: paving, drainage, sidewalks, pools, site dedicated- water/ sewer/ cable/ electrical, site lighting, paving, fencing, landscaping, sheds, irrigation etc.
