    Tenant Improvement Cost Segregation QIP

    This week we had a client that built four gym facilities that were tenant improvement Cost Segregations. These Qualified Improvement Property (QIP) cost segregations worked out very well as we were able to reclassify between 82- 92% of the tenant improvement costs for accelerated depreciation. The client was also able to take advantage of 100% Bonus Depreciation incentive as well for these QIP tenant improvements.
